Winter Solstice Sacred Circle with Gayla Downey

Friday, December 20th: 6:30pm - 7:45pm

Please join Gayla to celebrate the Winter Solstice on Friday, December 20th at 6:30 PM. It is the celebration of the shortest day of the year, midwinter, and the return of the Sun. You are deep in the heart of the darkest night. The world is hushed. Turn inward and listen to the stories of your deepest self.

The winter solstice itself is on the 21st at 3:19 AM and marks the beginning of Yule. This pop-up will include a meditation, journaling, and a releasing ritual. Then we will light a candle to celebrate the Sun as it begins to return to us and all that we are grateful for, while we enjoy a cup of tea.

This event does not include a yoga practice. No experience is needed.

Well Being Routine-3 Week Series with Gayla Downey

Saturdays, January 4th-18th: 11am - 12:15pm

The new year is a time that we naturally look ahead and set goals or identify areas for growth.

Join Gayla for our three week pop-up series in January that will help you do just that. Take time to look inward and gain clarity around what will support your growth this year.  Each week we will focus on one aspect of the self: body, mind, and spirit.

Join for one week or all three!

The first week includes a short practice of yoga (body), journaling, and discussion.

In the second week, we'll focus on the practice of
meditation (mind), then have time for journaling and discussion.

The third week allows for work with a breath technique (spirit), journaling, and discussion.

Explore new rituals or routines. Perhaps you would like to anchor in/expand on the ones you have. Sometimes we realize that what once worked, no longer does. Allowing you to let go and find something new.

A well-being is supported by daily routine and rituals that that continue to evolve. These sacred practices help get you back into alignment when times are especially challenging.

We invite you to take this time for yourself to discover what will support you and your growth: body, mind, and spirit.
